Cape Town’s dining scene is slowly reopening for business. As chefs start to embrace the “new normal”, their creative juices are flowing, not only in terms of imaginative culinary concepts on the menu but also in the reimagining of dining spaces to allow for all important social distancing.

Peter Tempelhoff, Jennifer Hugé and Ashley Moss are leading the charge into this brave new world – the restaurant recently reopened its doors for guests to enjoy a sophisticated sit down dining experience, with innovative, delicious new dishes and strict health protocols in place. Expect a new look and feel dining room, complete with custom designed Japanese screens by Guideline Design.

Guests will be able to dine in complete safety and comfort, while enjoying the latest kitchen creations by Tempelhoff and Moss. The restaurant will be operating 4 days a week in August, from Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner bookings. Lunch a la carte Menu:
For the first time ever, FYN is now also offering an à la carte menu for lunch- daily from Wednesday to Saturday.

Dine in FYN style by night and by day. Starters include the Hops Smoked Ocean Trout with Ishikawa rice salad,

grapefruit white soya emulsion, nukadoko pickled cucumber.

Mains include the Pastured Overburg Chicken- shiitake, sprouted buckwheat risotto, celeriac puree, truffled ponzu.
