Terroir, Kleine Zalze Wine Estate, Stellenbosch

The Deal: Two courses for R295 or three courses for R395 per person, includes two glasses of Kleine Zalze Vineyard Selection wines served with the starter and main courses.

Since opening in 2004, Terroir restaurant has been honoured nine times with a Top 10 award in the annual Eat Out Mercedes-Benz Restaurant Awards. This attests to Chef Michael Broughton, whose new winter menu showcases his and his team’s considerable talents. Expect a starter of lightly smoked sea salmon trout with pickled celery and orange and sage emulsion; mains of braised and flame grilled rack of Karoo lamb with fregola, pea and bagna càuda; and desserts of strawberry swirl meringue with honey poached pears and pistachio.

When: Valid from 2nd May to 30tb September 2019 for both lunch and dinner (max 10 people per booking). Please note that Terroir will be closed for their annual winter break from 17th June and to 10th July 2019.
