Vegan set menu launched at The Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront Cape Town

The Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront, one of the most iconic hotels in Cape Town, has introduced a vegan set menu at Tobago’s Restaurant.

Veganism is one of the hottest culinary topics at the moment and among vegans a key question is; “Where to eat in Cape Town?” Well one of the answers is at the Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront.

With the Atlantic Ocean at your table’s edge on the Terrace, there’s no better place to enjoy your vegan meal.

The vegan menu includes a starter of a Curried Sweet Potato & Butternut Soup with a coconut reduction and coconut crumble.

For mains there’s a dish with a Chinese flair; Pak Choi, Soba Noodle Stir-fry with ginger, chili, garlic pan fried vegetables, sesame pak choi, soya soba noodle, bean sprouts and wasabi foam which will excite the taste buds.

And for dessert diners can enjoy a Blueberry Mouse with a mixed nut crumble, blueberry gel, orange pearls and toasted coconut.

3 Course option – R350

Both of these options include a glass of Protea by Anthonij Rupert wine.
