La Tête is a farm to fork eatery on Bree Street in Cape Town, the result of the culinary dream of two brothers, Giles and James Edwards. Their food philosophy of nose-to-tail is an environmentally conscious one, which Chef Giles aims to drive home with his unconventional menu, making use of all parts of the animal.
