Chef Giorgio was one of the first to introduce a wide selection of fresh and seared beef and fish carpaccio to Cape Town diners, starters that still feature prominently on the 95 Keerom à la carte menu. All meals are served with freshly baked focaccia, crunchy parmesan encrusted bread sticks and ciabatta made from a 150 year old “mother” dough from a famous bakery in Milan.
